Jena, Jonathan, Kevin and I can't remember the other install guy's name, but from first contact until the job was complete these folks are very professional, down to earth and they did a great job. I didn't have to have any kind of repairs or anything so they were In and out of my house in just a few hours with a full removal and replacement of a new unit inside and out. I highly recommend them. This was a surprise for my husband and I was extremely nervous, because I had to be out of town the next day for a conference so they had to get this job done and be done with it. I called Jena the day before and she was super nice and calmed my nerves. She said that Jonathan told her based on the pictures I sent and if there were no unforeseen problems they should be in and out at the minimum in a day. They delivered well beyond my expectations. Cooler Solutions installed a Heat Pump for me, great folks to work with. They we're on time, on budget, and did an excellent job.

I gave them 5 stars only because i couldn't give them more. I had a problem and different company came and quoted me an outrageous sum of money for a replacement of my whole system. I was recommended Cooler Solutions and gave them a call. Their technician Doug came out and while he was evaluating my system, he showed me everything that was wrong with it and explained it in great detail so that I knew he wasn't lying to me. they worked with me to get a new system replaced. They were always quick with a replay and were incredibly courteous. When they came to install the new system, they worked fast and were done quicker than i expected. They were very professional and made the whole experience painless. I would use them again anytime and will recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks. Also, their price and warranty were very affordable. These people are really great.

Fast, professional, polite:) -works perfectly. BEST of all, besides the lovely 70 degree temp, they cleaned up and left it better than they found it! Much, much appreciate the entire experience.

They went above and beyond to help me and my family to get our new system installed. Offered me the best options and walked me thru the whole process 100%. On the installation day even though I thought they were going to be late bc it was literally freezing they arrived just in time to start working. Cooler Solutions Guys were a pleasure to have working in my home. From the very first conversation they have been spot on and very responsive. My new AC is set at 78 and my house is crispy cold!!! I'll definitely be using these guys and gals again for maintenance of my new system as well as suggesting their service to others.
